In addition to the sale and construction of property, Brasil
Land Invest also offers consultancy services.
We have offices in Fortaleza and São Luis with Norwegian staff who have good
local and market knowledge and who can provide assistance in connection with
residency and investments in Brazil. Brasil Land Invest can acquire all types of
properties and plots and provide quality assurance for all of the processes in
connection with the purchase and the period after completion of the transaction.
Our representatives in Norway or Brazil can assist you, either with regard to
property investment or with advice in connection with other business in Brazil.
We can provide assistance with:
• The registration and issuing of a CPF (Brazilian national ID number).
• The registration of a CPF with the aid of authorisation granted in Brazil.
• Authorisation for the purchase of property or other items.
• Assistance in connection with the extension of a tourist visa.
• Assistance in connection with the purchase of furniture/white goods, etc.
• Other assistance, e.g. doctor, police, dentist and driving licence, etc.
• The establishing and registration of a company (including the issue of the
final operating certificate).
• Permanent residence permit on the basis of an investment (min. USD 150,000).
Given for a 3 years period
• Permanent residence permit on the basis of an individual pension/benefits
(min. USD 2,000 per month).
• Consultancy services in connection with the purchase of property and follow-up
of the entire documentation process, even when you are making your purchase
through another company.
• The translation of all types of documents/interpretation.
